How to improve Alexa Traffic Rank?

Alexa ranks website / blog by using a regional ranking and an international ranking. It can be a reference on the value of a wbsite / blog. Numbers of visitor is taken into account.  If your blog/website is pretty new it will take time to improve your alexa rank, you can follow the steps below and see the changes in few days. Now let us see how you can improve you alexa trafiic rank:

• The first step should be claiming your website/blog on alexa. Visit alexa and register for free account and put all the details about your blog/website and verify your site. It will immediately start ranking you.
• Write on your blogs frequently and always write unique & quality content. If you keep your blogs unchanged for a few days it will decrease your traffic and you will not improve your rank.
• Link building is very important for a good rank.
• Submit your site to directories
• Posting comments on other blogs and get a back track from them
• Promote your link to social network such as likedin, facebook, google+, twitter...
• Put alexa widget in your sidebar or footer to show off your traffic stats. When a person clicks on that alexa recognizes it and improves your rank.
• Install Alexa toolbar in your browser for more analytics.
• Aim for Global ranks first and then go for regional rank. I will soon post about alexa regional ranks.
